CGC MMA Training Camp - Episode 5 - Dadmehrrr
We had our incredible coach Adam Urbanski go one on one with a young prospect out of Iran, Mohammad "Dadmehrrr" Ghazanfarinia at Ammos Beach Bar in Mckenzie. This training session focused on wrestling and grappling for MMA, including effective take downs technique, ground control, and conditioning. In addition, Ammos was very generous to let us use their ice bath to improve recovery.
